AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

 

We are Kidbrooke Games Club CIC ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

We operate, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Kidbrooke Games Club CIC concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

OUR SERVICES
Our Services provide intergenerational board game sessions and holistic wellness workshops in community settings, especially aimed at families and children in the Kidbrooke and Greenwich Peninsula areas. Use of our Services is intended for lawful, community-focused engagement only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials and content provided through our Services (e.g., game materials, graphics, documents, branding) are the intellectual property of Kidbrooke Games Club CIC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

 

USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to agree to these terms.

• You are not using our Services for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

• You will comply with all relevant UK laws and regulations.

 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with our community events or online resources.

• Upload harmful or illegal content.

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

• Engage in any behaviour that disrupts our community-focused mission.

 

USER CONTRIBUTIONS
You may submit content (e.g., suggestions, testimonials). You retain ownership of your submissions, but by sending them, you allow us to use and share them for promotional or reporting purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
We may store and use your contributions and personal data to support our community and funding goals. You grant us the right to use your feedback and contributions lawfully.

 

 

SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to manage and moderate access to our Services for the benefit of all users and to ensure compliance with these Legal Terms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally within 60 days before initiating further legal proceedings.

Binding Arbitration:
If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber in Brussels, Belgium.

• Governing law: Substantive law of England and Wales

Exceptions include disputes relating to intellectual property, criminal allegations, or injunctions.

We reserve the right to update or correct any part of the Services or Legal Terms at any time without notice.

 

DISCLAIMER
All Services are provided "as-is." We disclaim liability for damages resulting from your use of the Services.

 

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us or to £50, whichever is lower.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us from any legal claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Legal Terms.
